Our Mission
To empower individuals affected by gambling addiction through the transformative power of Christ’s love and truth. We provide education, raise awareness, and offer support for those struggling with gambling addiction. Through faith-based guidance, compassionate care, and biblical principles, we seek to lead individuals on a journey of healing, restoration, and recovery. We strive to create a community of hope, where lives are renewed, relationships are mended, and individuals find strength in God’s promises to break free from the chains of addiction and embrace a future of freedom in Christ.

“Those who trust in their riches will fall, but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf.” — Proverbs 11:28
BOJ Founder
Tony Caico, Founder
Tony Caico, founder of Affinity Five Search Group, once saw his life spiral through compulsive gambling, financial collapse, and broken family relationships. After entering rehab in 2013, he encountered Jesus Christ in a life-changing moment that transformed his heart, restored his family, and set him on a new path. Today, Tony’s calling is to use his story through Bet on Jesus to help others find hope, healing, and freedom from gambling addiction.

A Biblical Response to Gambling
Bet on Jesus Ministry offers a Christ-centered response to gambling addiction and the expansion of legalized gambling. While the Bible does not mention gambling by name, Scripture speaks clearly about greed, stewardship, and the love of money.
Gambling is not simply a harmless game of chance. Through biblical principles, we see its deeper spiritual and social consequences.
Our focus is on government-sanctioned gambling — casinos, sports betting, and lotteries — and their impact on individuals and families.
What Causes Gambling Addiction?
Gambling addiction can arise from a mix of emotional, environmental, and spiritual factors. Understanding these causes helps bring awareness and direction toward lasting recovery.
Psychological Factors
Stress, depression, or impulsiveness can drive individuals to seek temporary relief through gambling.
Social & Environmental Factors
Peer pressure, cultural influences, or easy access to casinos and online betting can increase risk.
Biological & Genetic Factors
A family history of addiction may raise vulnerability to compulsive gambling behavior.
Financial Factors
Some turn to gambling as an escape from financial hardship or the hope of quick wealth.

Understanding Compulsive Gambling
What Is Gambling Addiction?
Gambling addiction is more than a habit, it’s a powerful urge to keep betting despite the harm it causes. It can affect finances, relationships, and faith, leading to a cycle that’s hard to break alone.
Why Gambling Is Dangerous
Compulsive gambling can lead to financial loss, broken relationships, emotional distress, and spiritual emptiness. The temporary thrill often hides deep pain and lasting consequences.
A Biblical Perspective On Gambling
“For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul?” — Mark 8:36
True fulfillment doesn’t come from chance, it comes from Christ, who offers lasting peace and purpose.
